An Early Army Police Officer's Cap Badge C.1941 consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac flanked on each side by flanked on each side by four oak leaves and rays interspersed with two acorns beginning with Osterrieder in the rank of Unteroffizier and completing with the rank of Oberfeldwebel (the latter is the rank held when Osterrieder received the Honour Goblet on 23 October 1942 as an air gunner)
